We don't order an MRI by default. We start with a first-round musculoskeletal and
nerve workup of the knee — ultrasound, EMG and nerve conduction studies — to assess
the joint, cartilage, and nerves. A second-round detailed MRI follows only for patients

Under real-time high-resolution ultrasound, a sclerosing agent
is injected into the vein to close off the segment where reflux
occurs. This ultra-fine sclerotherapy is combined with

Conventional VenaSeal leaves about 5 cm of the great
saphenous vein stump near the junction. That stump can fail
under pressure and create a new reflux path, raising the risk of

ClariVein uses a rotating catheter to mechanically stimulate the
vein wall while delivering a sclerosing agent
(mechanochemical ablation). At Samsung Balance Clinic, the

Endovenous laser ablation precisely closes the saphenous vein
the source of varicose veins starting from the root. Addressing the
limits of conventional laser surgery, it seals the vein completely

Radiofrequency energy is delivered inside the vein to close the

We release the stiffened joint capsule in two stages and inject human collagen
to support capsular regeneration, then finish with rehabilitation exercise therapy.
Radiofrequency energy softens the hardened joint capsule
tissue. Under anesthesia, the physician then mobilizes the
shoulder joint directly to restore limited range of motion. Tissue
damage tends to be lower than with conventional brisement
(manual release).
A specialized solution containing an adhesion-dissolving agent
and dextrose is injected; hydraulic pressure and volume open up
